MELLI AROMATICA makes it possible to purchase the entire MELLI AROMATICA range of products through this website/shop. The product photos displayed on the website www.melliaromatica.com are illustrative in nature and do not always have to correspond in all details to the products that are the subject of the order, therefore MELLI AROMATICA does not guarantee that the product photos fully correspond to the appearance of the product itself. We check all descriptions and photos regularly and in detail.
There are possible deviations in the display of the product on the User's screen, due to the possibility of individual monitor adjustment, differences in color perception, etc. In the case of the aforementioned possible discrepancy between the photo of the product displayed on the screen and the delivered product, it is not a defect of the product, and therefore no it is the basis for returning the product.
Due to the large number of orders, it may happen that the information about the availability of the product is not the same as the state in the warehouse. If, after ordering, MELLI AROMATICA determines that the ordered product is not available in the warehouse, it will inform the Customer that the product is currently unavailable. In this case, the Customer has the option to cancel the ordered product or request a replacement product. All other ordered products, if any, will be delivered to the Customer.
In order to make a purchase through our online store, registration is not required, you can also make a purchase as a guest. If you do not want to enter the delivery address and other information every time during the purchase, we recommend logging in or registering. To register, it is enough to enter a valid e-mail address, personal data (name and surname) and an arbitrary password used to access the user account. It is recommended to use a combination of upper and lower case letters.
After entering these data, complete the registration by clicking on the "Login" field. Your user account remains registered in the system, and is accessed by entering your username and password on the "Login" page. For each subsequent purchase, only a login with a username and password is required.
All displayed product prices are expressed in Euros. The prices of our products include VAT because MELLI AROMATICA is included in the VAT system. Product prices do not include shipping costs.
Prices, terms of payment and promotional offers are valid only at the time of order.
MELLI AROMATICA is authorized to change prices without prior notice.
PROTECTION OF MINORS AND PERSONS WITHOUT BUSINESS CAPACITY
The purchase of products via www.melliaromatica.com is allowed only to persons of legal age and able to do business. For minors and legally incompetent persons, the contract can be concluded by their legal representatives. MELLI AROMATICA is not responsible for actions contrary to this provision.
You order our products via the electronic form on our website. The online store is always open for ordering.
After you have selected the product you want to buy on our website, click "Add to cart" or "Buy now". By clicking on "Buy now", we direct you to complete your order. If you have added the product to the basket, it is waiting for you there while you continue browsing our products or continue shopping. After you have selected all the desired products, click on "Checkout". On the checkout page, we ask that you enter your information in the spaces provided for this and that you choose the method of product delivery. If you have chosen delivery as the delivery method, the delivery price will be displayed. If you have chosen pickup in our SPA shop as the delivery method, this option is free for you. To complete the order process, click on "Proceed to payment" where you will choose one of the offered payment methods and follow the instructions in this regard. By clicking on "View order", we allow you to review the selected products and quantity, the total price of the ordered products, contact information, delivery method, and in the case of delivery, the delivery address and postage price, and ultimately the selected payment method, once again before submitting the order. You complete your order by clicking on "Complete order". Notification of a successful purchase will be sent to your e-mail address.
The sales contract between the Customer and MELLI AROMATICA is considered concluded and binding from the moment the order is completed.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
The customer can pay for his order in one of the following ways:
- payment by cash on delivery - cash upon collection, whereby the Customer pays his order directly to the delivery service upon delivery.
- credit cards - one-time payment by Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Diners card.
- by payment to a bank account
SECURITY STATEMENT WHEN ONLINE PAYMENT
When paying by card on our web store, use CorvusPay - an advanced system for secure payment card acceptance via the Internet.
CorvusPay ensures the complete confidentiality of your card data from the moment you enter them in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. Also, the data is inaccessible even to employees of the CorvusPay system. An isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure.
The form for entering payment data is secured with an SSL transport code of the highest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. STATEMENT OF CONVERSION
All payments will be made in Croatian currency - Euro. The amount your credit card account will be
charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro accordingly
the current exchange rate of the Zagrebačka banka dd When charging your credit card, the same
amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card
associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the
original price stated in our web site.
METHOD OF DELIVERY
When placing an order, the Customer chooses one of two ways to deliver the product: (i) pickup at our MELLI SPA Shop at Šmidhenova 1a, Samobor or (ii) delivery to the address specified by the Customer when purchasing.
Downloading products in our MELLI SPA Shop is free for the Customer. The product is ready for collection in our Shop within 12-72 hours from the moment of receiving the order. The deadline for taking over the order is 5 (five) working days.
In the event that the Customer has chosen delivery to the desired address, the delivery will be made via the delivery service.
The order will be delivered within 2-7 working days.
The delivery price is €3.85 (HRK 29.00) per order, unless the order includes detergent, fabric softener or EKO duo, when the delivery price is €4.65 (HRK 35.00). The stated delivery prices are unique for the whole of Croatia. Payment for the order by cash on delivery is made only when the shipment is picked up. The delivery person delivers the package and needs to pay the total amount, which consists of: order amount + delivery amount + fee for collection of money during delivery (fixed HRK 8 for each order). For all orders above €39.82 (HRK 300.00), delivery is free.
The delivery price is always shown separately and printed on the invoice.
The delivery price will be shown to the Customer after selecting the delivery address. The fee for collecting the money in case of selecting the "cash on delivery" option will not be displayed on the Melli Aromatica account.
MELLI AROMATICA is not responsible for possible delays in delivery due to reasons for which the delivery service is responsible.
In the event that the Customer is dissatisfied with our product for any reason, he can send a complaint to our e-mail address: email@example.com or in writing to the address: MELLI AROMATICA jdoo, Samobor, Ljudevita šmidhena 1a. In order for us to confirm the receipt of the written complaint, and then to respond to it within the legal deadline of 15 days, it is necessary that you provide the correct information in the written complaint for the delivery of the response to the complaint.
In the event of a justified complaint, we enable you to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid or replacement of the product. If the delivered goods are damaged and/or defective, the customer should send a photo of the damaged/defective product so that MELLI AROMATICA can assess the validity of the complaint. If we determine that the complaint is justified and that the Customer did not affect the defectiveness, damage or any defect of the product, the cost of replacing the product with a new one is fully borne by MELLI AROMATICA.
In the event of the impossibility of resolving the dispute regarding the justification of the complaint and/or the way in which the product was returned (the product must be unused, in an unchanged quantity and in the original packaging, with the existing original invoice presented), the product will be submitted for expert examination by an expert or another professional and impartial person . In the event that the complaint is found to be justified by expert examination, MELLI AROMATICA will bear all the cost of replacing the product, and in the case of an unjustified complaint, the cost will be borne by the Customer.
UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
The customer can unilaterally terminate the Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason.
The prerequisite for unilateral termination of the Agreement is that the product has not been used and that it is returned to the Seller in the identical condition in which it was received by the Buyer, in the original packaging, with a declaration and the corresponding invoice and/or documentation.
The customer does not have the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement:
- if the subject of the Contract is sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery.
In order for the Customer to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement, he must notify MELLI AROMATICA of his decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement by mail to the address Ljudevita Šmidhena 1a, Samobor, Ljudevita Šmidhena 1a or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org , before the expiry of the above-mentioned period of 14 days, with an unequivocal statement in which he will state his first and last name, address, phone number and/or email address, and he can also use the FORM FOR UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT, which he can download here https://www.melliaromatica.com/OBRAZAC_za_jednostrani_raskid_Ugovora.pdf
The deadline for unilateral termination of the Agreement is 14 (fourteen) days from the day when the product, which is the subject of the Agreement, was handed over to the customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier.
In the event that the conditions for unilateral termination of the Agreement are met, the Buyer will be refunded the money received from him, not including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the day MELLI AROMATICA receives the Buyer's decision on unilateral termination of the contract.
MELLI AROMATICA jdoo can refund money only after the goods have been returned and inspected in the condition in which they were returned, all taking into account the fulfillment of the conditions for the right to unilateral termination of the Agreement.
Refunds are made in the same way as the payment was made.
In case of unilateral termination, the Customer is obliged to deliver the product(s) to our Shop at the address Samobor, Ljudevita Šmidhena 1a, or send it to the address Ljudevita Šmidhena 1a, 10430 Samobor, without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day MELLI AROMATICA sent its decision on unilateral termination of the Agreement.
The Buyer is considered to have fulfilled his obligation to return within 14 days from the day he notified the Seller of the unilateral termination, if he sends the product or hands it over to the Seller before the expiry of that period.
The buyer is obliged to bear the costs of returning the product in case he exercises his right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement.
Shipments sent with the cash on delivery service will not be taken over by MELLI AROMATICA, and in that case the Buyer bears the risk of the expiration of the 14-day return period.
The buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods that is the result of handling the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. In case of damage to the original packaging, the refund amount will be reduced by a percentage corresponding to the value of the goods. In this case, the Customer will be notified.
ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Based on the EU Regulation on online resolution of consumer disputes, disputes related to online purchases can be resolved through the Online Dispute Resolution platform.
